Smart Works is a UK charity that exists to empower women who need support getting into work. Through high-quality interview clothing and one-to-one coaching, Smart Works helps women build the confidence they need to secure employment and transform their lives.
Working across centres throughout the UK, the charity supports women facing a range of barriers to employment, providing a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental environment. Their approach is simple but powerful, combining practical support with personal encouragement to help each individual realise their potential.
